A door of opportunity is opening

After 18 months of lockdowns and restrictions, a door of opportunity is beginning to open. Kenya has just been removed from the UK government red list which means people can travel there without having to pay for costly hotel isolation on return. Having said that, numbers vaccinated in Kenya are still low and there are still some travel restrictions in place for those arriving from UK and other European countries.

Having had to suspend all visits and volunteering since March 2020, our mission director plans to visit Kenya in December this year and hopefully travelling as a volunteer will be possible again in the first half of 2022 – watch this space for some exciting opportunities and sponsorship possibilities coming soon …
